If you have little or no trust, or whatever your measure of confidence may be, it can mean something minor or major which leads to low sales. Just as cars have become more sophisticated with warning lights, a vendor who is in harmony with their own type of indicator systems will know when their confidence is low. Little or no confidence can be disguised as procrastination, negative self-talk, or sister of the three words in conversations: could and should.

Procrastination can be an indicator of confidence, especially if you know what to do, how long it takes and can probably teach someone else! As a brake light is a warning that the brakes do not work properly, procrastination is also a warning. Why do you defer? Is it because you're new to the sale and still do not understand how to break the sales process down? Or do you know what to do, but having a more serious light indicator, such as fear, which may be deep routed in a limiting belief? To begin to overcome procrastination, first determine if it is a warning (you are still learning the process) or a system malfunction light (you have a limiting belief).

Your self-talk can be a warning light that your confidence is about to direct you the way. As a safety belt warning, this kind of control usually points to something and is usually temporary. After a long boring chime, the indicator of the belt turns off if you fasten your belt or wait long enough for the noise stops. Because we have so much negative self-talk to us to be away from the music, not hear it or just move on autopilot think nothing of it. The key to get back on track with your self-confidence of the sale is to stop, listen and redirect your self-talk. Replace the negative with positive every chance. If you find it difficult to concentrate on your self-talk, so pay attention to your feelings. Law of Attraction teachers say our feelings let us know when we're off course.

Our models of language and how we use "would," "could," and "ought" in our conversations in and out of self-talk may be an indicator of serious malfunction. Negative language structures of this kind are usually indicators more comprehensive and serious as the light engine of a car. Who knows where the problem until you take your car for repair? The first three indicators of self-confidence: procrastination, negative self talk, sister and the three words, can keep your sales to the arrest or worse, subtly sabotage increased results for sellers. Try all mental, emotional and behavioral strategies until you find your personal effective formula for off.
