I work in a hospital and give us something called "glue" triple free, and you do not need a prescription, so I'm assuming that it is too free. It works miracles. Otherwise, I would like to Desitin because it has always done the job. I also like something called Aquaphor, which is for extremely dry skin. My doctor has recommended.

anything with zinc oxide in it ... the same store brand is just as good. the controls on zinc for really bad rashes. my kids always used A & D ointment after chages layers. It was a preventive measure to keep really bad rash ... not what she did for most.

You can get it in pharmacies without a prescription, and it really works. I always combined with pure cornstarch baby powder and it was resolved within hours.

Boudreaux's Butt Paste!

"Beaudreau Butt Paste" worked best for me. It was really thick and does not simply rub between diaper changes, like most others, I tried. It was also pleasently scented, I think many of them the smell of nursing homes. You can buy it at Walmart.

triple paste works well ... also Butt Paste Boudreaux is amazing. Corona is a formula, you can get and is actually for horses but works amazingly fast ... look in the grocery store may seem silly, but works in a few hours.

It works when Desitin and A & D does not.

go to Wal-Mart and get Bag Balm, it is used on the teats of the cow when they cracked and painful, works very well and very natural. You can also use the cream butt of Bordeaux, it works fine too!

Butt Paste Boudreaux's. name of Crazy, but it functions very well.

Zinc and castor oil cream. My daughter reacted badly to anything else and there is nothing untoward in it!

A & D ointment has done for my children but I used cloth diapers and underwear training.
My eldest son was allergic to Pampers and Huggies ... etc.

Paste Boudreaux's Butt ... not a joke ... this product a real, and it is the best!

**** EDIT ****----- I am not quite suddenly interested in the Boudreaux Butt Paste (I did not know that one of the inactive ingredients is BORIC ACID) ... ... . What is happening with that?
