there is a new British site called layers used the lady who introduced it did cos of eBay policy on the sale of new layers used then click the link and have a look. it is not as busy as eBay is the word, but spread to help support the site. I just bought a bunch of layers outside of eBay and bid on ebay every few points away So I found this site
