Potty Training Help

Potty Training HelpPotty training?

I started potty training my son this weekend. The problem is that my daycare requires either pull up pot while being trained. I think the traction is a waste of time and are also more expensive than diapers. I feel the pulls are too much like diapers. It will remain dry for one hour and then he goes in his pants. I take the whole 5-10 minutes. I told him he would receive special treatment, like his favorite candy if he went into the pot, but its not working. I also let him sit in his underwear wet, but I do not want him to sit as long as he could get a rash. The father is not in the picture to help you.

Try to talk to the daycare that you send to tell them how you feel on the chin. I agree with you. He just confuse the child because it absorbs mosture and it's like a layer. As for him not going on the potty it depends on how you teach him to this day. If you teach him to be since the beginning of food coloring and then try to put a few peices or visceral in the toliet and tell him to "aim" for them. If you are able to have a close male friend or family member take your son to the bathroom with them so she can see how it's done. If not and if you teach him to sit at the beginning, then make him sit on the potty until he goes. I know it's hard, but it works. Do not let it stand for some reason. Make sure you bring water or something in the bathroom for him to drink this way he will increase his chances of urinating in the pot. If he wants to do something just tell him he can not, until it goes to the potty. It should work, because he likes to play with a toy he likes and he knows he can not, until he uses the toliet. In addition, it helps if you can let go in the house without trousers when it is easier for him to go when needed. If not, just make sure it is in clothes that can easily pull down. Should you continue to corrupt him, and when he is at full blast when he formed expect a salary every time he goes to the bathroom and if he does not get it then it could well return to getting wet again. I hope this helps a little.

You put tremendous pressure on the little Guy ease a bit. It is more expensive to do push-ups, but if she needs care, to do so.

As for potty training consultants keep pleasure. Do not be afraid to let him sit in his underwear wet, as this is not for hours at a time. Does it pee sitting or standing? If he is sitting, sit with him (get him his own chair pot) and play games, Chit Chat, or make faces at each other while he goes. When he does use the potty, praise him as if he had CADE peer review! Make the most noise on his lots if hugs and kisses!

Have fun, not much pressure. Good luck!

you did not mention how old your son?

My son is 3 and 80% trained pot. He wears pull-ups when he is asleep. My daycare suggested I pack to pull up when he is sleeping, but they have not had to use yet.

If your son is still wetting his pants so often that you change all the time, so maybe it's just not ready, the more he sees the children at daycare to go to the toilet more quickly it will have the hang of it.

Good Luck

My first son was trained when he was 24 months and my second son was trained when he was 19mths. I found that the best way for my children was first to discover whether they can stay dry for 2 hours at a time. If they can do that, then they can physically train pot. They might not be emotionally ready well. Then I put them in their underwear every day and understand what "time" they go to pee, for example immediately after a glass, after 20 minutes? just before a nap? just after a nap? etc. Once I have a schedule for their "body", then I take them every 15 m.
