Potty Training Girls

I want to hear how different potty training a boy is a girl. I have a little girl pot trained and get ready to train my boy pot. Was this Messier? Was it more difficult to say where he was going to go? What is it for? I decided to teach him to sit all the time at the beginning, but ... not for another question? I want to hear your experiences ... most boys potty training.

I did not train my daughter pot when she was ready to use the toilet, she said she wanted to sit on the toilet, I put on it. The first two weeks she did nothing, just sitting, but she finally went, I kept the layers on her since she had not had a seat on the toilet and I do not want washing clothes. She also wore diapers during the night because small bladders are not large enough to hold their water all night. These are children not adults mineature their internal organs do not function like ours. Once she hit kindergarten, there were no layers of increasing accidents. If you wait until the child is ready to be on the toilet things go much easier than trying to force the child.

The boys are usually not open to potty training much later than girls. Do not try to push it just make it more difficult.

Most chairs have a removable shield pot to avoid spraying the floor. Either you or the shower curtain, or almost anywhere else, but the pot.

In my experience, boys and girls are more motivated to use the facilities once they realize what is happening in this little room at the back of the room. In other words when you let them use the porcelain pond. As the primary form of child learning is imitation, it follows that they want to imitate adults and siblings.

I'm not a girl but my son was potty trained at 2. Take him to the bathroom at least every 2 hours and repeat this process. Let him sit for at least 5 minutes and let them know that this is not a punishment (which is why he has produced for entertainment). Stay with him and explain that he is a big boy now. I used pull ups with my son to be easily changed when it was an accident. But for most, it would not be wet and take him over every two hours, he would usually go to pee. Pooping take more time but after a week or two it really hang of it and I could not tell when to go where he was the pot itself. It probably will not like it at first, and perhaps even reject completely the pot. But just stay with her and spend the first days after it will be easier. Hope this helps and good luck!

girls are easier, but boys are more fun if you want to teach a boy to pee standing put some Cheerios in the pot and tell him to kill them or take it outside and let him Water the lawn

Our daughter was a little more than our son.

We fought with her, she did not seem to learn, then we went through a period of bedwetting, but it has the heavy sleep and we ended up cutting off his fluid two hours before we go to bed. The son, it was easier, but I think it was because he had his sister as a model. Once it started, no problem. He even woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. I know because he left the light on.
