Nursery Letters

Nursery LettersHow to paint wooden letters nursery?

I recently purchased unpainted nursery letters, and I wondered what kind of paint to use and the exact steps involved! I want to reach the same look distressed as letters finished, you can buy on websites upscale baby stores ... I can polish the end?

You're not really clear on what the distressed look is complete. Another difficulty is the style crackle finish. This type of distress has a layer of paint that is cracking, revealing an under layer of a different color of paint. Look here for instructions.

Here's what the guys in my son workhop do. First, they sand all pieces. Then, they paint with a color, then a second color. Then they sand some of the second layer. Then they polish. It's really pretty!
