How do you know what size to buy milk Shield Medela? I know I need a shield over my breast pump Medela, but I'm not sure the size to get. I think that is 27 mm or 30 mm, but it is not clear how to determine the size and $ 13 a set, I do not really want to spend 26 or maybe even $ 39 to try understand what size to buy.
A lactation consultant is probably your best choice. They know what size you need. They should be at the hospital you delivered your baby.
If in doubt, go larger. You want to make sure that the shield covers the entire nipple.
