They have all kinds of groups created by members for all sorts of different things. You can ask your questions and all sorts of things if you are looking for support during difficult times is a good place to go too! :)

Try your local library and other libraries you can go (visit their website and look at youth services / activities for kids or something) or if they do not have a website, give them a call, they have a calendar of events / activities for infants and young children, where parents / guardians of people to attend. Visit the library / libraries often when attending these events, you'll probably see the same parents several times, then the friendship can develop. Most were first library activities such as story time and crafts, sing a long tour and play music for children, etc.
