Living Room Makeovers

Living Room MakeoversDo you think some of the restorations at home on television look better or worse than before they did the makeover?

For example, they make a living or dining room or kitchen that looks really nice already, but a bit dated and add a bunch of new paint, expensive equipment and things that 'pop' and sometimes you want them had just left the way it was.

I agree. While most of them look good, people on the show trading spaces should serve time for crimes they committed in the houses of people.

I agree, some of them are really bad. And this is not directed against you, but I hate when people say "pop" or "for a punch of color" and I think one of the "a" creative solutions suggested red as accent color ... everyone says Red. Are we still on this?
Wow ... I feel better now, thank you.

I guess it depends on your personal taste if you think it is good or bad. I have a show and if a designer makeover to save some, it's on I have not bothered to look like I do not like their style. I wonder if people sometimes change things after the designers have gone ...
