When designing your nursery, it is always fun for them to get involved and learn how to help them choose different things like paint color for the walls. Have you ever thought you have wasted space that could be turned into a little hide-a-way for your son or your daughter? He did not have to be really big, but for them it is their own private space and they spend a lot of time playing and there is little escape into the world. Now you know where I'll get to this space without cutting the size of their bedroom. Your bedroom decorating ideas can include ceilings that are taller than eight feet and if they do this project works perfectly. Here's what you should do.

If your ceilings are at least ten feet high when you build your wardrobe and your builder to leave open the otherwise wasted space above the closet.The inside will be completed just about everything, but not perfect. Now you can decide if you want the opening to the inside of the closet or come from outside. Frame the opening with a bit of molding to give a neat appearance, and a small ladder attached to the wall and guess what, your baby now has its own ideal private hide-a-Way.

Project two

This cover-way project is for those of you who have eight foot ceilings. This idea of decorating child's room will be a little more planing, but it will work. While your contractor is building your house have to include a little space in the attic to finish above the child's bedroom. Once again, it should not be very big for a child to really enjoy. Ask them to finish the opening with some molding for a finished look or if you wish, you can cut yourself to save money. Crown molding cutting angles is the hardest part, but you can do with a little practice. Getting parts from scratch and the practice of cutting your angles.Now everything you need to do is to build a small scale to enter the hide-a-way and they are together for a fun time in their new room.

Note

If you do not feel safe with a scale built along the wall, you may want to consider putting your opening at one end of the hall and adding a staircase on the side of the wall.
