Insulated Bottle Holders

I recently expressed today, and placed in the refrigerator to cool. I will remove and place in an insulated bottle holder / bag when we go out. How long does milk last?

24 hours with 3 ice packs frozen.

4-5 hours at room temperature.

I would say more than 1.5-2 hours if it is just "isolated".

The best investment for the formula or breast milk is the "Playtex Fridge to-go", its only about $ 15, I personally found mine at target. She pretends to preserve elements cold for 12 hours and it's true! Was shocked! I used it on every flight with my daughter since she was 5 months (she was probably 6 cross country trips by myself for now). And now she does not need on a daily basis since we do not milk transport wherever I use to make healthy snacks like apple slices orange slices / / yogurt for both of us! its a cheap investment given how long I've used:)
