Infantino Shopping Cart Cover

Infantino Shopping Cart CoverBaby in the basket?

My son will be old 7mos Friday (15th) and I wonder when I could start to put in front of the basket? I wanted to buy one of these Infantino cart covers, because it is still a little wavy, so that all the padding should prevent it from tipping over the side! I saw other babies in them, and they appear smaller and younger than my baby Carson. It's a big boy, very healthy. I'm just sorta tired of the Luggin car seat w / me and he believed it should be close if not now be able to sit in the front seat for when we go grocery shopping or something. At home, he can not quite sitting on his own unsupported yet, perhaps for 15sec, but thats about it. Help ...

I disagree. At 7 months he is very ready to move to the front of the basket. Most children are not qualified sitters in 7 months, none of my 3 were, but all have been in front of a basket. All 3 of mine outgrew the car seat child who is 26 "and 20 pounds (Graco) 4-5 months, while others have a stroller, the only other option is the front of a truck. With the upholstered seat drive, and belt loop that goes right under the armpits, it's not going anywhere!

It must be able to sit in the first unsupported. But when he can sit by himself and then he is ready for it!

Edit: PS: my cart Infantino cover and I tried it when my daughter had just started sitting on her own for a minute or two, but he had not fully mastered yet and he certainly did not help enough to keep them flop on the sides. I ended up having to hold it in place all the time because it kept falling on the side.

I agree for now, leave it in a car seat for baby. Since the swine flu are still there. http://www.babycarseatsale.com

Does anyone know if the seat "floppy" is made in China? (Not sure if this is the right forum for this question, sorry, I'm new to this)

Given all the things around the swine flu goes, why not leave it in his car seat clean for a couple of months?

my daughter is five months and can almost sit in the basket. cushion covers nearby. go well

if not good at waiting swinging session, I have a very good suggestion for a cover ... but we have a "floppy head" cover, it will cover carts, high chairs, etc., carefully folds into itself to make a bag with handles and all places of hang small toys to occupy them with its own loop which keeps them in, but I would wait until it is firmly seated on its own as much extra space in the seats .. If you're tired of the infant, do u have a sling or carrier? We have a Bjorn baby carrier and it is too great, my dd is eleven MOS and still sleep in it if she gets tired if she is facing in or out .. LOL, GL, hth

Children in shopping carts is one of the main causes of head injuries of children, I would not recommend it unless you're able to get the carts that have a baby seat in any related security or you can somehow literally waistband of your baby in it
