High Chair Inserts

My memory is uneven ... I can not remember the actual details of this story. I saw on TV years. I remember was a young girl whose parents locked him in a highchair and was hiding in a closet for like, the first 8 years of his life. I well remember the show was the sequence of his being freed - she could barely walk, could not speak, aggressive and often criticized. Does anyone know what I mean? Would a link to an article or a video perhaps be found? I looked everywhere on the internet but I still find that the announcement of highchairs ...... and I'm not even sure if it was a highchair They kept her in (I can be as inserting the memory in the history since I recently watched House of Wax ).... any help would be appreciated:)

Wow ... this reason, it happens all the time.

Just today in California A boy of 17 years, tortured, abused ... escaped today after a year.
It was the size of a year 12 years. Victims of violence throughout his life.

These poor kids ..

It sounds very familiar to the story of a family that encloses a young girl in the bedroom closet until she was about 11 years. The parents argued that the devil was residing in her and she needed to be locked. When she was rescued, she was found lying on top of his feces and did not know how to react to strangers. She never had any old school and could barely walk. INSC, I think that's the way it is spelled, gave a concert to raise funds to give him a good life. Last I heard it is when doctors are using a test subject in their research on the learning abilities of a person when he or she never received the proper training.
