What are the harmful ingredients should I avoid in shampoos? Recently, I was skeptical in the choice of shampoo because I am more and more my hair. And I want it to be as sweet and smooth as possible. I noticed that the effects of the shampoo I use only last a few hours and starts to become fat and crisp again.
I did some research and found that some shampoos have ingredients that are difficult hair damages in case of daily use.

Sodium laureth sulfate
Sodium laureth sulphate (SLES) is one of the ingredients of the shampoo most common. In fact, most personal care products containing this ingredient specific. One of the funny names of ingredients to look out for themselves diethanolamine (DEA) or Triethonalamine (AME). Well if you do not know (AME) is a kind of tea extract, but two of these chemicals are wetting agents which help create a rich lather shampoo.
These ingredients may react with nitrites in some shampoo ingredients. Manufacturers use nitrite as a preservative, a reaction between these chemicals may cause cancer to form a compound known as nitrosamines. (Huh confusion?)
If your shampoo contains an ingredient known as Bronopol, the risk of reaction is high. It is best to avoid these ingredients TEA and DEA.
