Dr Browns Bottles

Dr Browns BottlesBottles Bottles are - or are they?

The variety of bottles on the market can be totally confusing to the new parent. It seems that every style of the bottle is supposed to be the best for your baby, and after all, you want to do what is best for your baby. Sure, but that the type of bottle you choose indicates what type of parent you are just ridiculous.

To clear some confusion, a group of mothers were asked what they preferred to use bottles. While some liked the bottles with the drop-in liners, most seemed to prefer the type of bottles with some type of venting system. As with anything, there are pros and cons or advantages and disadvantages to both types of bottles.

The voice of experience says that while the drop-in bottles online help eliminate gas formation in the stomach, the convenience of vessels is another story. As one mother said: "The liners are so handy because it eliminates the need for cleaning bottles." However, from the opposite corner, another mother said: "Bottles with liners do too easy for parents exhausted and go to any major consolidation phase. "

There are basically three types of bottles with a ventilation system: the VentAire, Advent and Dr. Brown's Natural Flow. Although every system is a little different, they are more complicated than regular bottles, or even the type of line.

Here are some comments on the advantages and disadvantages of different types of bottles to vent:

VentAire by Playtex:

"The VentAire is great. The bottom unscrews and a flexible membrane is in place whereby the air out of the bottle and not in the baby's tummy. They have a neck bent to allow a more natural position and drink They have holes at the bottom to allow air to leave the bottle instead of being ingested by the baby. It is easier to feed on the ear canal, and the bottles shaped inclined, you can keep the baby in a more upright position.

While the bottles are no longer VentAire "parts" of a few bottles more traditional, all pieces are large enough to be washed in the dishwasher and do not require a special brush. It is the nipple ring that holds the top spot nipple, bottle, filter eliminator gas and bottom ring to hold it in place. I discovered that if I have assembled after washin of them (instead of when I had a baby who is hungry), it was much easier.

By Phillips AVENT

AVENT Bottles are the best bet, especially for breastfeeding moms who need to use bottles. This bottle has a unique air flow system that has been proven to help prevent the pain associated with gas bottle feeding. These bottles also have a separate adapter kit available so you can attach the bottle directly to a breast pump. Comes with a variety of nipple sizes based on age, a good bottle can help prevent stomach upset and other problems associated with bottles.

Dr. Brown's Natural Flow

The best baby bottle I've ever used Dr. Browns bottles. It reduces colic, gas and regurgitation. There is no liner, but it is a piece you need to insert in the bottle. This piece of the bottle is difficult to clean, but a cleaning tool is included with the purchase of bottles.

Again, it seems that all these bottles promise to reduce gas and associated discomfort. It seems that the only difference is the number of pieces needed to assemble each bottle and the degree of difficulty of cleaning and sterilization. The end result is that the bottles are bottles ... or are they? You decide.
