Boys Bedroom Designs

Boys Bedroom DesignsI need ideas on how to paint my sons bedroom?

I have 2 boys (aged 7 and 4) who share a room big enough. I want to paint it with some cool design and now they like when they get older. Any suggestions would be great.

The best ideas I found for boys' rooms are http://boysthemebedrooms.com/. There are some great themes that you can do by purchasing or making the material presented. I also found this site ( http://www.decorating-kids-rooms.net/bed ... which speaks specifically of "How to create room themes for children who grow with your child.

Currently it appears that your 4 and 7 years, the pirate theme would be fantastic. Maybe paint a mural of the beach and the sunset on a wall. Then as they grow older, they can add things - like children playing sports on the beach, pirate treasure in the sand, or simply enjoying the peaceful scene.

You know your children and their interests - have a ball with them and let them decide. My daughter loves pirates and the Egyptians. So I concentrate on the treasury and to link the two interests together in this way.

Ask both what their favorite color is, then ask them what they prefer, look for something they like and be creative. Sports, candy, bicycles, animals., Why not make a bit of everything. Or you can paint their entire room making it look like a spaceship inside. Just ask your boys what they like most. I'm sure they'll be happy whatever you decide as long as it "Kool".

can not go wrong with the sport!

checkerboard themes are ok. greens are good too.
common interests? perhaps focus on what they like most and use some of these colors (ie. if the cars and NASCAR, etc.)
success

Wide black stripes and small white stripes

BATH SKY to paint brown or blue light. PICK ME FOR THE BEST ASNWER I know what I mean AND I have two boys. ALSO is the color I painted there BATHROOM.

How about a baseball theme. Do they share the same favorite team? What about splitting the wall with a chair rail and having one of the team colors above the rails, and the other below. Maybe make a recess of a large wooden baseball bat, too much for the wall.

the best theme to choose, because the sport is still going like that when they grow up as the color can be any shade of brown though, I'd like that

Painting a room red and make it fun, add toys and other fun things they could do. Then paint the other posters blue room and add sports and players aseball then from there

There are many different options.
1. dark blue stripes and light blue
2. Quenched as the black
3. Do the colors of your family football strip
4. Paint It dark green stripes and white very strong research

How about painting the walls a pretty basic color, then add things that can be modified over the years the evolution of their interests, such as bed covers with a ground and posters on the wall.

just paint a solid color and change the wall decor as they age

Since they are still at such a young age, I think that would be great fun and good for the creativity of their skills if they painted what they liked themselves. As to when they get older, they should leave the paint to color, because the desire for a child can change a lot in as little as a year thinking how tastes and interests will change when they age. So I think that painting their room is GRE.
