Bleeding Rash

Im a man, 19 years old, tall, medium built. I noticed on my penis, there was a sort of rash (I do not know if it was a rash or something else, but it was a kind skin bumpy and there was some skin off (dead or dry skin), I recently removed this area, and when I peeled some skin off, some of it started to bleed. Currently, this type of red, it hurts when I emissions or something like that, I do not have testicular pain, no lymph nodes (I checked most of the symptoms, and I only have one or tow, such as depression ... and that's all) I want to ask if its some kind of STD, or what .....? Please help ... i am really worried about my mind ... I really need answers these quick questions ..

You should have had AIDS or HIV for some time for that to happen. Looks like a yeast infection (males do get them, it is called Jock Itch).

It is communicable, and while one partner can have it cleared up, if the other did not, it can be passed.
