Bath Play

Bath PlayAround what age is it acceptable to leave a child alone in a bath to play?

I do not mean a child is responsible to clean, I asked when it is OK to leave the room for short periods of time (to check periodically on the course) while the child plays in the bath. Around what age?

Probably less than 5 years, when they are old enough to take a shower. I never leave a child unattended in a tub like you would not leave them alone in an expanse of water. I would say 4 or 5 years, but not for more than a minute.

Depends. There are more dangers than you drown. For example, if the child would turn the hot water accidentally or intentionally, and the water was warm enough for burns. Or the child could get out of the bath and fall. So what I am saying is that only you can decide if your child is ready to be left alone in the bathtub.

I would say 5 years.

5 ish is good. Check on them every 30-60 seconds. Also, at 5, they should be able to clean it very well .. the sole control.

In 4 years, most young people want their privacy, especially girls.

I'd say 6, but I m room next to him where I san see the bathtub.

5-6

I'm pretty hard on parental responsibilities, and I * always * thinks you do not leave them alone in the bathtub to play until they are old enough to be in the bath to clean alone.

I would say 5 or 6 ....

DONT, but let alone something that could happen

We have not a bath but Nos. 4 and 6 years to take by themselves former showers and washing. I only turn on the water and put some soap in a cup. They wash and when the time is up, they turn the raw water with a towel, and dry out. They love it cause it gives them only their time.We hollor to know if they do not visit them often.

hmmmm .... never thougt about it. I would say at least 5, maybe even more. Do not take chances, if you're not sure.

five years. There was a case of a four year old child who drowned in 2 inches of water. Do not ask me how.
I do not know, all I know is that it happened.

^ I would think 6 youth Mabe anyway, unless you can listen and watch from a distance ..

I would say even when the child is fully formed pot or 5 years depending on their emotional and physical development. I mean a child who can not take care of him, that resists water if it becomes uncomfortable or feels uncomfortable should not be left alone, but a 5 year old child in a normally degree of privacy.

ever child is different if you have to wonder child is not ready.
superficial injuries about 5 bath but remember you can reach adults in the bath
