Baby Conditioner

I was wondering if anyone has experience with air purifiers .. I live in an apartment building and I expect to have a baby soon. I am concerned about dust from construction sites nearby, the odor and smoke from nearby balconies and odors that enter the air conditioner in our house ..

Is that the purchase will be beneficial for me and my baby? Feautures What should I look for when buying one? Any additional info will be very helpful .. Thank you very much ..

I just wash the filter once a week and change it every month. also consider keeping your filters heat AC / changed monthly, because it will eliminate some of the dust and does not float.
